United States: On April 30th 2014 we will be out in the streets

Approximately 6 million young Americans are out of school and out of work. At Adecco, we are committed to making sure they’re not out of hope.

That’s why, on April 30th, all Adecco offices in the U.S. will open their doors and welcome young people to our Way to Work™ careerathons.  Click here to find an Adecco office near you.

If you are looking to help kickstart your career, you’ll find all the support and resources you need at the Adecco branch in your neighborhood. From 10am until 3pm, our career advisors provide personal, hands-on training on a variety of topics, including writing better cover letters, effective interview strategies, using social media in your job search and many others.

Adecco colleagues will also be visiting colleges and universities throughout the country on that day to inform students about the career opportunities and job searching assistance we provide. In San Diego, Joyce Russell, Executive Vice President and President of Adecco Staffing, and members of the Adecco leadership team will personally meet with participants at Palomar Community College.

We want to make sure that all young workers know that they have options, support and, above all, hope. You can help by spreading the word about Way to Work™ and encouraging young people that you know to visit us on April 30.

We are grateful for the opportunity to positively impact young lives and look forward to helping America’s next generation of workers get on the way to work!
