The content we make available to you through the Website (the “Content”) may be governed by special conditions (“Special Conditions”) which you accept each time you access such Content. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Use and any Special Conditions, the Special Conditions will prevail over these Terms of Use. Each time you access the Website and its Content, you accept these Terms of Use and any Special Conditions applicable to that Content includes an online platform, with tools, tips and tricks to help you find a job. Apart from that the Website does not constitute or purport to constitute a source of advice or a means to establish a business relationship of any kind between you and us.
Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Content we provide on the Website without notice. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website.

By accessing the Website you agree that you will not perform any acts that may damage our image, interests or rights or those of any of our affiliates (“Adecco Group Companies”), or that may damage, render useless or overload the Website, or that may impede, in any way, the normal use of the Website by other visitors.

We implement reasonable security measures which are adequate to detect the existence of viruses. Nevertheless, you must be aware that the existing security measures for computer systems on the internet are not entirely trustworthy and that, therefore, we cannot guarantee the non-existence of viruses or any other elements that may cause alterations to your computer systems (hardware and software) or to your data and files contained in your systems.

Special Conditions for the CEO For One Month Selection Process

  1. Local ‘CEO For One Month’

All Adecco Entities named below in the Country Schedule offer one local CEO For One Month job-shadowing position. In addition, they may offer other distinguished job shadowing positions (e.g. positions with top management of sales, marketing and communication, human resources or other departments).

To apply for one of the CEO For One Month job-shadowing position, applicants need to register the requested information and personal data on (e.g. first and last name, details of contact as email address; country and city of residence; language skills, educational and career information, etc.). Applicants will be required to participate in different tests provided on

All the information provided by the applicant on will be shared with and transferred to the Adecco Entity which provides the local CEO For One Month job-shadowing position for which the applicant applies. Each respective Adecco Entity may also share all information provided by the applicant to its clients and partners for the sole purpose of allowing such clients and partners to offer distinguished job-shadowing positions within their organizations to the applicant.

Each respective Adecco Entity, its clients and partners will have the sole responsibility in relation to the relevant CEO For One Month or other distinguished job-shadowing position. Any advertising, assessment, judgment, decision or offer by the Adecco Entity or its clients and partners will be subject to the laws, whether common or statutory, applicable to such Adecco Entity, client or partner, including but not limited to employment laws, social security laws, and laws pertaining to work permits and immigration. Within such applicable laws the relevant Adecco Entity, client or partner can, in its sole and absolute discretion, define any criteria to assess CEO For One Month or other distinguished job-shadowing position applications and conduct a professional assessment process in order to award a local CEO For One Month or other distinguished job-shadowing position.

  1. ‘Group CEO for One Month’

Each applicant who got awarded a local CEO For One Month job-shadowing position (“Local CEO for One Month”) can apply for the Group CEO For One Month job-shadowing position. Such selection process will be subject to specific conditions which may differ from the Special Conditions above.
